• Eco-Sport flooring is graded to meet or exceed M.F.M.A. Standards with the exception of our stave length. Hevea has a consistent light color with minimal character marks and no knots over 1/8” (3 mm).

Pre-finished Surface

• Eco-Sport flooring has 6 coats of UV cured polyurethane on the top surface and 2 coats on the bottom surface, all applied at the factory. This creates a balanced floor board with a phenomenal wear layer and protection against moisture.

• Eco-Sport’s pre-finished wood surface eliminates the need to sand and finish the flooring, thus reducing the installation time by up to 50%. It also reduces the need for sophisticated installation equipment resulting in a major cost savings for labor.

• Wood floors do not trap dust, pollen and other allergens like carpet and other flooring surfaces do, therefore providing a cleaner, healthier environment.

• Vacuuming or sweeping is all that is needed for daily maintenance. A periodic screening and re-coating will eliminate the need for a costly sanding and refinishing.

• Eco-Sport’s top surface —   7/8” solid Hevea hardwood with six coats of finish—is only part of the system. The heart of our wood floor systems is the subfloor options we offer! Whether it be moveable clip-floors or traditional sleeper or plywood and pads, Eco-Sport offers them all.
